Lost Parcels

BYND Skin accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once you place an order on our website.

Delivery Rules

Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid any delays.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched.

If the wrong address is provided at checkout when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping to have the order re-sent to the correct address.
