Refunds
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. BYND Skin will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged.
If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of $10 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@byndskin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
