How often can I use the Hemp Infused Face Mask?

We recommend using the Hemp Infused Face mask 1 - 2 times a week if you have dry or sensitive skin and 2 – 3 times a week if you have oily to normal skin.



Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

You sure can! Our Hemp Infused Face Mask doesn’t contain any nasty ingredients. If you’re worried, we suggest consulting your GP first or testing the mask on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.



Is redness after using the Hemp Infused Face mask normal?
Yes, redness after the mask application is normal. The key active ingredients in the mask work to draw the blood to the surface of the skin whilst also absorbing the impurities from your skin leaving you with brighter, smoother and clearer looking skin.

We recommend using lukewarm water to rinse the mask off and using a soft towel to pat face dry. Please ensure you moisturise after using the mask.

Give yourself 30 minutes to an hour for your skin to return back to normal.


Does your Hemp Infused face mask have a fragrance?
Yes, the majority of our amazing ingredients don’t smell too great in their natural state, so we worked hard in selecting fragrances that are proven to help reduce stress, relieve feelings of anxiety and improve your overall mood. Allow the beautiful aromas of Neroli, Bergamot and Jasmine to bring you into a state of calm and relaxation while you sit back and unwind.



Why is there a bit of liquid on the surface of my Hemp Infused Face Mask?

When creating the product, we wanted to make sure there were no nasty ingredients and the product was smooth and creamy, so we limited the amount of unnecessary synthetic ingredients (such as emulsifiers) which means there may be at times a bit of liquid at the surface of the mask due to change in temperature. We recommend mixing the product with the brush prior to each application to ensure all the good oils are mixed in for maximum results.



Why is my Hemp Infused Face Mask becoming slightly dry?

Over time, due to change in temperature, your Hemp Infused Face Mask may become slightly dryer. If this occurs, we recommend wetting the application brush slightly prior to application or mixing a few drops of water with a scoop of the face mask to make it apply smoother. We recommend you don’t add the water directly in the jar however as this may spoil the mask.



Do your products treat acne?

Our Hemp Infused Face Mask is full of active ingredients that work on helping prevent acne and reducing acne scarring. If you experience a tingle, there’s no need to worry, as it means the ingredients are working. Ensure you always moisturise after using.



Will I break out after using the Hemp Infused Face Mask?

If you do experience a small break out, this is completely normal as it means that the natural ingredients are working on the skin and means all impurities in the skin are being brought out and your skin is being detoxified.

What’s the expiry of your product?

Given that we wanted to minimise the amount of preservatives we put in our product to keep it as natural as possible, we recommend disposing of any remaining product 6 months after opening. If the mask discolours or has a change in fragrance, this is also an indication that it has expired.



Can you use BYND Skin products if you’re pregnant?

Congratulations! - Yes, our products are safe for everyone, however to be safe, it’s best to check with your GP if you have any concerns.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched.

Is it correct that all skin care products contain preservatives?

That’s right! Preservatives are required in order to make sure that your product stays effective in different climates and environments without going bad and becoming unusable. We have however, kept preservatives to a bare minimum. It is in our best interest to ensure the efficacy of our product and also ensure that nasty bacteria doesn’t grow inside your products.
